We ask that you contact your travel agency immediately for assistance with your CHIN Winter Picnic vacation booking.

Please be advised that CHIN Radio is not the travel agent for these bookings. Any questions, updates, or concerns regarding Picnic dates, flight schedules, accommodations, itinerary changes, cancellations, or related travel details must be directed exclusively to your respective travel provider.

We strongly encourage you to contact your travel agency or tour operator directly and as soon as possible to confirm:

• The current status of the CHIN International Picnic dates

• Flight details and schedules

• Hotel accommodations

• Transfers, excursions, and any other travel-related services

• Any changes, delays, or cancellations that may affect your travel plans
